Kibanda TopUp prohibits and will not tolerate the following conduct by its staff and program participants. This list of prohibited conduct is illustrative only; other types of conduct that threaten security, personal safety, employee welfare and Kibanda TopUp’ operations also may be prohibited:
- Committing of or involvement in any act of harassment, discrimination or intimidation of another individual; and
- Discrimination during the course of recruiting and/or promotion of Employees.
